Hi! We’re Karina and Jake the creators of Nigh Night Baby
We became new parents to our son in Spring of 2021. Along with navigating new parent life comes many challenges. We were living in Queensland which meant early sunrises at 4am.
We were looking for a product to block out the sun in our baby’s room as we had floor to ceiling windows in the nursery. We tried many blackout products, but failed to find something that worked for us. Suction cups would fall off and some left a messy residue which was not ideal as renters. In desperation we even tried black plastic sheets from the hardware store and had to tape the windows on the outside as the plastic smelt terrible!

With my husband’s background in packaging and materials, we started researching and testing different options until we discovered the perfect material which was 100% blackout, and Nigh Night Baby was born!
