Shipping and Returns

 Thanks for purchasing our Nigh Night Baby Blackout Blinds!

  • All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number to follow the status. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery using Australia Post or Couriers. **
  • Free shipping on all orders delivered within Australia.
  • Be sure to double-check your information is correct such as an address, e-mail, and items in your cart before submitting an order! Any returned orders will be automatically refunded less a $14.95 AUD processing fee.
  •   Nigh Night Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped out. Please save your tracking numbers and contact your mail carrier if this ever occurs. If the courier deems the delivery address unsafe (meaning, there is a realistic possibility of the order being picked up by someone other than the intended recipient) a card will be left informing the customer that the order will be taken up the nearest post office. For this reason, we request our customers provide a safe delivery address.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

  •   When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number to check transit status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website.
  •     If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@nighnightbaby.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS

  •   We understand that you are just as excited about you order as we are about our product! We want you to love our product and we hope you receive it in perfect condition. Nigh Night Baby checks and individually packages each roll on-site to ensure quality control.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the item is unused and in its original condition, undamaged in any way and including original packaging, we will refund the full order amount. Refunds will only cover the purchase cost of the product, return postage will not be reimbursed. Goods are returned at your own risk and cost.
  •     In an event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@nighnightbaby.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis to work towards a positive outcome. If deemed to be a fault or defect, we will arrange a complete refund for you.
  •  In the event you chose to return your Nigh Night Baby Blackout Blind, we recommend returning the product using registered post with a tracking number. As the buyer you are responsible for any loss, damage of the goods in transit
